Our Team

Our entire staff is professionally trained to provide comprehensive service in financial management, physical maintenance and administration. We seek to deliver tested methods and resources to address the needs of the community associations and to help create and/or implement new techniques to bring about desired results. Our staff is comprised of professionals and our services are based upon the best practices within the community associations industry.

Carri Alper, President, CEO

Carri Alper, President, CEO, has twenty-seven years in real estate management, marketing, and development. Along with her degree in business administration, she also held several licenses, which include a state certified general appraisal license, a real estate salespersons license, a member national association of home builders working toward LEEDS certification, and is a registered contractor with the State of New Jersey. She has worked in real estate management on both the development side and the management side for firms such as Prudential Relocation, Weichert Realtors, K. Hovnanian Enterprises, Signature Homes and Wentworth Property Management. Although she oversees the company's marketing efforts, her primary focus is the daily management of our management team and the company's infrastructure. Through her experience in real estate development, she was able to create a niche for the company managing new communities from DCA submission through developer transition to the homeowners and beyond. Carri visits all communities within the company portfolio on a regular basis and conducts weekly management meetings with the Community Managers and Community Assistants to provide training, mentoring and management solutions to her staff. She attends periodic meetings with her clients and attends annual board meetings and budget meetings.

Celia Kirkley, Controller

Celia Kirkley, Controller, utilizes skills developed over 20 years in full charge bookkeeping and has an MBA in business and a Master of Science in accounting. Her responsibilities include administration of all accounting and cash control procedures for Target and her properties, preparation of financial statements, cash flow analysis and routine internal audits. She also is the payroll administrator for Target and works directly with the President to ensure meticulous control of the financial integrity of the accounting department.
